2. Products
All products sold by Muhkem Woodworks are handcrafted from natural hardwood. Due to the unique characteristics of natural wood, each product may differ slightly in color, grain pattern, texture, and dimensions. These natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. The sales contract becomes effective once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and may exclude customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
5. Production Time
Most of our products are handmade to order.
Estimated production time is displayed on each product page. Production times may vary depending on workload, holidays, or custom requests.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using reliable international shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Muhkem Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Force majeure events
7. Customs and Import Duties
International customers are solely responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations and for paying any customs duties or taxes.
Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
8. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returned items must:
- Be unused;
- Be returned in their original packaging;
- Be shipped within the return period specified in our Return Policy.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted because the products are handmade specifically for each customer.
11. Limitation of Liability
Muhkem Woodworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All product photographs, descriptions, logos, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Muhkem Woodworks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country.
