At Muhkem Woodworks, every product is carefully handcrafted from premium hardwood. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this Return & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins.
Because many of our products are handmade or produced specifically for each customer, cancellation requests submitted after production has started may not be accepted.

2. Personalized and Custom Orders
Products that are customized, engraved, personalized, or made to the customer’s specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:
- Is unused;
- Is in its original condition;
- Is returned in its original packaging;
- Shows no signs of damage caused after delivery.
Return requests must be approved by Muhkem Woodworks before the product is shipped back.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized products
- Engraved products
- Custom-made products
- Made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Products showing signs of use
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email should include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- Our error;
- A defective product; or
- Shipping damage,
Muhkem Woodworks will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other governmental fees charged by their country.
Orders refused because of unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs or any additional fees incurred.
9. Natural Wood Characteristics
All Muhkem Woodworks products are handcrafted from natural hardwood.
Variations in:
- Wood grain;
- Color;
- Texture;
- Knots;
- Natural markings; and
- Minor dimensional differences
are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.
