Most products are made to order.

Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or manufactured specifically for each order, cancellation requests submitted after production has started may not be accepted.

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Customers must notify Muhkem Woodworks within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product and provide clear photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Customers are responsible for:

- Paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
